Call Center Supervisor – Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
***Must have professional experience reading/interpreting mechanical/electrical drawings to troubleshoot consumer/commercial product issues***
***Must have at least 3 years experience managing a call center******
Position Objective:
Responsible for the oversight and performance of daily operations of the Technical Support Center(TSC). This includes the execution of the overall TSC strategy developed by the TSC leadership team in order to support the company’s ability to deliver technical support to our distributors and end users (clients).
ORGANIZATION
- This position reports to the Director of Technical Care.
- This position will manage 5-10 Technical Care Specialists in a call center environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in call center operations and 3+ years of experience managing a technical call center, personnel and budget. Must have managed multiple direct reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and/or business management
- Technical background and experience, with hands-on mechanical and/or electrical knowledge required
- Previous knowledge and experience in the professional and commercial laundry equipment service and sales industry a strong plus
