Federal Senior Inside Sales Representative – Remote

We are a woman owned small business based out of Rockville, MD. We are a reseller of cybersecurity and network infrastructure solutions to the Federal government. We are one of the top NetApp dealers in the country and are a Cisco Gold Certified Partner (among others).

We are seeking top-notch ISR, Inside Sales Reps/Account Coordinators/Account Managers to assist our Account Executive Team coordinate and process complex federal accounts. We offer 100% remote opportunities for the right candidate.

$65-75K base + commissions = $80-100K+ expected first year, there is also room for growth!

Requirements:

· 3 years of IT and/or SAAS ISR experience

· 2 years of ISR with Federal (DOD or Civilian), Software and/or Hardware solutions.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products including, but not limited to Excel and Word

· Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting systems.

· Experience in RFQ processing on contract vehicles.

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Cisco CCW experience.

· Cisco CCQ Proficiency:
Knowledge of their website.
Pulling configs and pricing.
Retrieving Cisco pricing from distributors.
Register — would be helpful.
Completing Configs — IDEAL, but not required.

Responsibilities:

· Get pricing.

· Make quotes.

· Send the quotes.

· Take care of managing fulfillment: Customer signs off on the order, Account Coordinator books the order, enters QuickBooks, sends to purchasing, gets the delivery confirmation, tracks it, sends the bill to the customer, collects the purchase order, etc.

Main Duties:

· Researching competitive pricing from various vendors

· Establish relationships with OEM inside sales reps.

· Preparing responses to RFQs for GSA/SEWP V/CIO-CS/FBO and SPAWAR contract vehicles as well as market research quotes to customers.

· Learn the registration process and register opportunities with OEMs.

· Processing orders in QuickBooks

· Tracking individual orders to be invoiced.

Our Account Coordinators do NOT:

· Cold call

· Prospect

· Close deals/set appointments.

· Have a quota.

Our Account Coordinators/ISRs receive bonuses based on their work, and they may get compensated directly by their reps.
